Site:  329 Shore Rd Fayette ME   04349.  See site map below.  We are lot 11 on that map.  The driveway goes along the border with lot 12.  The house is about halfway between road and water.  There is a rock ledge cliff in from of the house (toward the pond).  The shoreline buffer zone is approximately 40 feet beyond the deck.


Orientation: The wall between posts 1 & 2 faces east

Structural notes:  

  • 1. The bottom level is 400 sq. ft, and the (post addition) top level is c.1050 sq. ft.
  • 2. The plumbing waste line goes out from wall 1_2, closer to post 1. In the septic line image, the septic storage tank os between the receptacle on the right and the stick in the ground.   Waste is then pumped to a field that is about 70-80 feet east of the house.
